SP1050 is a human serum product processed from defibrinated plasma and subjected to double charcoal treatment to reduce hormone and analyte interference. This clean and minimally altered matrix is ideal for a variety of research and manufacturing applications, particularly in clinical diagnostics, LC-MS, and immunoassay development.

Each batch is sterile filtered (0.22 µm), preservative-free, and stored at -20°C to maintain stability. The serum is tested and found non-reactive for HIV, HCV, HBV, and other common pathogens using FDA-approved testing methods. With native lipid and cholesterol levels retained as found, this serum is optimal for workflows where hormone depletion is necessary but lipid preservation is preferred.
