Human C-Reactive Protein (CRP) is a pentameric acute-phase protein that rises rapidly in response to inflammation, infection, or tissue injury. Sourced from human pleural, ascitic fluid, or serum/plasma, our CRP offerings are available in standard, >97% pure, >99% pure, and ultra-pure grades to meet diverse research and manufacturing needs. These reagents are suitable for inflammation biomarker studies, assay development, and clinical diagnostic prototyping.

All CRP lots are 0.2 µm filtered, supplied in Tris-buffered saline with calcium chloride and sodium azide, and tested non-reactive for HIV, HBV, HCV, and RPR using FDA-approved methods.
